Allow Table Link to be installed on AF Client

Since it's already possible to import a table through an AF Client, it would be nice to be able to do the same for Table Links. Currently doing so results in an error: "Unable to link to external table: Unexpected Server Error". See KCS: "Unexpected Server Error" trying to link an AF table to a csv file

    In response to Mario Huys, "User is trying to link a csv-file as a t..." It really doesn't make a lot of sense to link a table from the client.  In this case, after the user configured a linked table to an attribute and then another user tries to access this attribute, the other user would have no way to get to the table.  The AF Server must know how to get to the linked CSV file to serve multiple users.   Maybe I'm misunderstanding what he's trying to do?
