Being able to modify the relevant registry key name in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PISystem\PI-SDK\1.0\ServerHandles for server names which have non asci characters.
At the moment, when modifying a server with a non ascii name in the registry the corresponding server wouldn't appear in the connection tab of the PI SDK utility.
