I'm back to once again ask for this. It seems like a pretty low-hanging fruit: provide a refreshed, modernized interface you can show off without even having to provide new features. You could even do something like SAP's theme selection, so the current ("original") theme could be kept in place for those who prefer it and prevent having to update past trainings.
I can´t work with PSE for long times. Eye strains and headaches... But I am with a task to configure a lot of calculations on PSE that will take months.. I don´t know what to do.
With setting every other app I can to dark mode, it's quite a jolt to open up PSE and SMT. It also causes a lot of eye strain, as I can only turn down my brightness so far and make my screen color so warm. Please add this (especially for the night owls like myself)
Working with PI late night is painfull. At first, GUI is outdated a little. Secondary, dark mode, or some custom themes it's a great idea, most of software have this feathure now.
I am using dark mode in most applications I use on a daily basis. Chrome with Dark Reader, Visual Studio, MS Teams, MS Office, etc. and it's really only PI System Explorer standing out with its white background.

The trend is going dark. Using dark mode as much as I can on my computer. Opening PISMT in dark room will make you blind :)
