Replace PI AF Client with PI AF SDK in install kits that contain PI AF Client

Currently, PI AF Client is listed as its own program in install kits that contain it. When it is time to install PI AF Client, the user gets to choose which components to install. However, in all install kits that contain PI AF Client other than the PI AF Client install kit, only PI AF SDK is needed, so the inclusion of the other components is just a waste of space. In addition, many of the install kits also contain the program Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools For Office Runtime, which is only needed for PI Builder, which is usually not needed on most of the computers on which these PI-AF-Client-containing install kits are run. This is a further waste of space. Please replace PI AF Client with PI AF SDK in all of the install kits that contain PI AF Client. It may be beneficial to also separate the PI AF Client install kit/"program" into its individual programs, especially since a source of confusion for new PI users is that they don't know what PI AF Client is and also can't find install kits for PI System Explorer and PI Builder. PI SDK is a good example to follow. PI SDK has a separate install kit and install kits that contain PI SDK don't automatically come with the PI Tag Configurator and PI System Management Tools. Some of the install kits that contain PI AF Client include: • PI AF Client • PI Web API • PI Vision • PI DataLink • PI System Management Tools • PI OLEDB Provider • PI OLEDB Enterprise • PI Connectors (Generation 1) • PI Connector Relay • PI Data Collection Manager • AF Transformer

As noted in a separate UserVoice suggestion: https://feedback.osisoft.com/forums/555148/suggestions/41022163 We have limitations on bundling client tools with the AF SDK. To support this suggestion of installing the AF SDK only when bundling, the AFClient setup kit has command line switches to only install the AF SDK. It's up to the creator of the overall install kit to decide whether to only install the AF SDK or the entire AFClient. Creating an AF SDK only kit is an overhead we want to avoid.
