PI System Explorer Define Table tab should add new rows below the working row, rather than above

When defning a table in PSE the new row button adds the new row above the row I'm currently working on, it should go below the row I'm working on, since I logically want to add the next column in my table.

    Thank you very much for sharing your feedback on the PI Server. After further evaluation, we have decided to decline this item, as we are not planning on implementing it in the near future due to other high priority items across the PI System. Thank you for your feedback, and know that we are listening and reviewing every item that gets submitted!

    If you right-click on the white space beneath to add a row, it is added to the end. If you don't have a row already highlighted and press the New button, a row is added to the end. However, it is noted that the behavior is inconsistent and we'll look at fixing this in a future release.
