In PI System Explorer → File → Database → Edit Security, the border under the "Items to Configure" box and above "Identities" and "Permissions for" should be adjustable. This would allow "Items to Configure" to grow and the other 2 boxes to shrink. Currently, "Items to Configure" always has a vertical scroll bar, but the boxes below might have unused vertical space if there are few enough identities.
