Analysis Searches - Allow Searching by 'Backilling'

In PI System Explorer under the Management tab, add a new search category in Analysis Searches to allow searching by Backfilling.  The Backfilling status column is always shown in the results window, but there is no way to search by this column.

    Backfilling is a transient condition. The current implementation of searches in the Management plugin assumes you retain the search filter. We cannot satisfy this request with the current implementation and there's currently to plans to re-implement the entire search experience.

    Backfilling is a transient condition. Therefore, if you were to conduct a search, the resultant search result would become stale as analyses complete their backfills.
