Ability to automatically create children and grand children when creating elements from a template that has them

Add ability to automatically create children and grand children when creating elements from a template that has children and grand children templates When creating the Asset Framework structure, it would be nice to have the ability to automatically populate all the children and grand children of the element being created from the child and grand child element templates.
