Ability to change the display digits for Limit attribute traits

In some cases, the display digits for the limits of an attribute (attribute traits) need to be different than the parent attribute, so that clients such as PI Vision or PSE can also show the customized digits to improve visualization. However, currently, it is not possible to override the display digits for Limit attribute traits (LoLo, Lo, Hi, HiHi, etc.). This property is inherited from the parent attribute and although it is a good default value to have the display digits for Limits the same as the parent attribute, we would also like the ability to override them as needed.

Yes, ran into this a few times - helpful when you need to have the extra digit when your 'equal-to' direction is different than the default for the multistate, e.g., you need to set to 5.49 and alarm at 5.5. I know it takes the 5.49, but anyone looking can't tell because it rounds up in display to 5.5.
