Option to hide legacy tuning parameters

Many tuning parameters are irrelevant for PI systems that are new or no longer use legacy features. Having an option to hide them will help reduce the clutter in PI System Management Tools. Below is a list of legacy tuning parameters. These account for >10% of all tuning parameters that are visible by default. General: PIalarm_QueuedMessageTimeout PIalarm_ThreadCount PIsqlss_QueuedMessageTimeout PIsqlss_ThreadCount PItotal_QueuedMessageTimeout PItotal_ThreadCount Base: Module_MessageOnWrite Replication_EnableBDBAccess Replication_EnableSDKWriteValues Net Manager: APITreatLocalAdaptersAs127.0.0.1 Snapshot: Snapshot_BufferStatistics Security: AutoTrustConfig Server_AuthenticationPolicy

Please decline/delete this suggestion. I made the mistake of assuming that the PI Buffer Subsystem was only for PI Interfaces and therefore mistakenly included Snapshot_BufferStatistics as a legacy tuning parameter. I also failed to escape the underscores, which caused them to disappear and apply italics to the text. Lastly, I feel that my replacement suggestion is more specific and makes more sense. This is the replacement suggestion: https://feedback.osisoft.com/forums/555148-pi-server/suggestions/42024571-by-default-hide-the-tuning-parameters-of-legacy-f

Many tuning parameters are irrelevant for PI systems that are new or no longer use legacy features. To reduce the clutter in PI System Management Tools, the tuning parameters of legacy features should be hidden by default, just like other tuning parameters that are hidden by default, such as Base_AllowSIDLookupFailureForMapping. Tuning parameters that are hidden by default appear in PI System Management Tools only when they are set to a custom value, which appears in the Value column. Below is a list of tuning parameters of legacy features. These account for >10% of all tuning parameters that are visible by default. General: PIalarm\_QueuedMessageTimeout PIalarm\_ThreadCount PIsqlss\_QueuedMessageTimeout PIsqlss\_ThreadCount PItotal\_QueuedMessageTimeout PItotal\_ThreadCount Base: Module\_MessageOnWrite Replication\_EnableBDBAccess Replication\_EnableSDKWriteValues Net Manager: APITreatLocalAdaptersAs127.0.0.1 Security: AutoTrustConfig Server_AuthenticationPolicy (Why make it visible and therefore easier to edit directly when its description even recommends against this?)
