Allow Copy & Paste of Notification Rules

Petrochemical/chemical plants are not cookie-cutter like upstream/midstream. Therefore, templates cannot be utilized all the time and elements, analyses, and notifications all look different. A lot of time is wasted having to create a notification and message from scratch every single time. At least for elements and analyses, we can copy/paste for a quick start to a new item. Sure would be nice to do the same for notifications, especially the message formatting.

This is huge. If a user spends many hours formatting emails notifications and then there is some change in the template structure that requires us to move the notification we cannot copy this from one template to another. There are some strange work arounds, but it would be very nice to copy the whole notification rule.

This would occasionally save me a significant amount of time.

This would occasionally save a great deal of time when configuring multiple notification rules.
