Custom time formats for specific notifications

Customer would like a specific Notification to use a 24 hour time format, while all other Notifications use the 12 hour time format. For Example: Notifications A sends out emails in a 24 hour time format. All other notifications sends out emails in a 12 hour time format. Currently it is possible to change all Notification time formats but it is not possible to change individual Notification time formats.

After further evaluation, we have decided to decline this item, as we are not planning on implementing it in the near future due to other high priority items across the PI System.     We also have a similar feedback item for contact-level time formatting options, see: https://feedback.osisoft.com/forums/555148/suggestions/31004308 We expect the time formatting to be user/contact-specific rather than notification rule specific. If that's what you're looking for, please up vote the other item.
