As a notification subscriber I want alerts to be sent using timestamps in my timezone so that I don't have to do mental conversion to interperate an alert.

It's currently not feasible for PI Notifications Service to know the timezone of the email receiver and adjust the timestamp of the values in the notification email.
I would also like to see this function. Currently, the design choices available are:
1. Create a local AF server, which leads to issues with the lack of replication tools
2. Create a custom data reference that calculates the local time which can then be used in notifications. This solution requires the customer to develop custom code.
A "subscriber" is known to PI Notifications Service as basically just an email address. In order to provide a local timestamp, there needs to be a way to correlate a timezone with a subscriber. I'm unsure as to how to do that given that in a majority of use cases, someone configures the notification to send to a "subscriber" so it's really not a self service use case. Thoughts?
With the increase in cloud use across different industries, I'm seeing this request from clients more often. It is a very common architecture, having a centralized PI System, specially for AF builds, with data from sites in different timezones.
I understand that there is no way of AF Notifications to know what is the exact timezone of a given subscriber, but couldn't this be provided by the users? I'm thinking of a configuration in the Delivery Endpoint or the Escalation Team to provide that information for the Notifications Service.
