Multistate values on Notification emails

As a user of PI AF and Notifications Service, I would like to send emails, with contents whose color will be changing according to the condition, like a Multistate Symbol on PI Processbook. I would like to avoid creating a number of email formats with the personalized contents.

I agree with this idea, because it would help a lot in the emails in a visual way.

I've solved it in a simple way. Probably it will work to you as it worked to me. For example, you have a information then you use the analysis to separate the information in groups as in the digital-state:  You need to create the output attribute as string and put the else as "" (empty). That point is important. Then you go to notification rules -> manage formats and change the color as you want to. But you need to put both conditions in the notification. Because when one is not in use, the other one will appear.    So, when you received the e-mail will appear this way: So, if the condition changes to a "OK" situation, the "OK" text will appear in black.    It worked for me. I hope it worked for you too!

I recently created a table with raw and calculated values. A client asked to have color coded values that were above a set point. This will be a very useful feature.
