It would be nice if multiple trends/displays could be included. What I would do is add the ability to "snapshot" one or more Coresight displays as an image into the notification.
From my point of view no make sense to put into notification the static image, because we repeat the same information via the screenshot.
Very easy way which exists now:
- to create attribute and to place in attribute the link on the Coresight display,
- to use this attribute in the notification,
- the user will have an opportunity to study a situation online and in comparison with other values.
As a notification user I want to see a screenshot of the trend when I receive an email notification since I wont always have access to a live display.

I agree partially with DmitryK having the option is better, our users have been asking for it. Some of them just because other product offer it, so me of they because it provides visual info. Don't forget you have user that are not on process networks and cant access PI. Example event frame details from Vision would be very useful to be send via email.
