PI System Explorer does not automatically refresh, therefore if there was a filtering option for analysis backfill status, it would require the user to manually refresh to get updates. This makes it very inconvenient and may be deceiving.
If your goal is to sequence backfills to support dependency, the current version does that automatically if: 1) you bulk backfill them together, 2) output of 1 analysis is configured as input to the other analysis. This is now we know they are dependent on each other.
