Shutdown states should not be written into the analysis output PI Point by default
There should be an easy way to change the default value of the shutdown flag for analysis output PI Points. Right now, the default value is True, which means my analysis will show a "Shutdown" value every time I restart my PI Data Archive. The easiest way to modify it right now is in the attribute configuration and we can't easily use PI Builder to modify this parameter.

It would be great if there were server-wide defaults for creation behavior of all tags created within AF. This is an example where "shutdown=1" is rarely used so why is it the default?
If you create your output PI Points via the Analysis pane, rather than pre-creating the output PI Points, you can change the default configuration of the output PI Points via the Analysis Service Configuration by adding "Shutdown=0" to the default PI Point Creation User Settings. Please contact tech support if you need help.
