Support setting data quality related flags from analysis
As a user of Asset Analytics I would like to manipulate data quality related flags (such as quastionable, substituted, etc) from my analysis so that I can set the flag when there is a problem with input value statuses.

It is mandatory for us to be able to set the quality of the value analysis is calculating and writing to PI
I would like various PI Vision displays to indicate whether the data I'm looking at was calculated accurately in real-time or if it was corrected through the Backfill/Recalculate action of PSE. Which we do often to overcome poor quality data or communication issues.
