I would like to be able to request current Event Queue, Primary Event Queue, and Archive Events counters programmatically in order to perform my own throttling when backfilling from external systems. This becomes especially important if you also have attributes that are sourced from analyses that need to run separately.
Also I'm sure this has to be a duplicate but my search-fu may have been weak.... Apologies if that's the case.
