More filtering options for AFDiag /DelEF command

It would be nice to have more filtering parameter options for the "AFDiag /DelEF" command such as Duration, etc using the command prompt.

Currently, we can only filter on Template and Database Name for event frames.

I've needed to bulk delete event frame records with <= 0:00 duration for example and cannot use this utility.
