Include logs for when an AF database is deleted in the AF event viewer logs

Currently, to confirm when an AF database has been deleted + by which user, AF audit trail needs to be enabled.

Audit trails tend to take up a lot of space and many users decide not to enable them.

It would be beneficial to include logs each time an AF database is deleted (plus which user deleted it) in the general AF event viewer logs.
