Export Identities, Users & Groups to CSV instead of XML files

Since PI SMT cannot import XML files to fetch the PI Identities, Users & Groups from a different PI Server, it would be useful to have it export this information to a CSV file instead, which can be used by different tools to insert them back in the PI Server.
