Create "aliases" of a pipoint using attributes

the idea is to have the possibility to assign a single tag more than one name, providing it a list of aliases in case of need.

many tags in pi have names that were fine at the time they were created but after some years their name should be "changed" maybe to acquire a prefix or other. the rename is usually not an option as they may be recalled in many places inside PI suite (AF, Vision, PIBA etc.. ) and also outside it through integrations ( via sql DAS, API, webapi, etc..).

of course a mechanism in order to check that the alias ( single or multiple of a tag ) must be unique inside the system.

the information should/may be managed in an attribute of the pi point.
