Taq quality based holding last good value not working

Important element attributes for trend are configured in PI AFDB with multiple inputs A/B/C etc, for validation and reliabile trending. However it is observed that bad quality on any of the input signals makes the final output bad by default. This is also not able to be addressed with inbuilt functions like badval, prevval etc. even with multiple inputs.

Option is required for holding last good value (as per user selection) in AFDB for any attribute.
