Allow PI Collective members to be permanently represented by alias names

For example, in PI SDK, when viewing "member setup" for a PI Collective, it is desired for the names of the members to always be represented as a DNS alias or SDK alias. At the outset of PI Collective creation, in PI Collective Manager for instance, allow for alias names to be used for the members. Currently, any attempts to force this behavior are unstable and result in reversion of some or all of the member names (and PISERVER table entries) back to the original hostname instead of the intended alias hostname.
