Update 'Modified date' of an event frame when an attribute is filled in manually (for example with reason code)

At this point, only the modified date of an event frame is updated when the event frame is created or when a backfill or recapture is performed. For transferring data to a data lake or warehouse, it would be very useful to see which event frames contain new information (attributes is changed manually, or a reason for downtime is filled in...).
