Make the AF SQL scripts available for download in the Customer Portal

The current AF Server versions require running the AVEVA PI Server Integrated Install Kit in a machine to extract the Go.bat SQL scripts. This can be a concern in highly restricted or validated environments, where customer might not be able to run the install kit without reaching out to their IT.

Being able to download the SQL scripts separately from the Customer Portal would allow them to plan their AF installs or ugprades more easily with their DBAs, without the requirement of asking their IT to run the install kit beforehand.
