Pi System Explorer: Display Check-In History Per User

I would like to be able to see a log of when users checked in changes to the system in PSE.

I recently checked in changes to our PSE system and around the same time, the CPU pegged of SQL server and the analyses slowed way down and other functionality quit working very well. I wondered if it had to do with the time of my checked-in changes, but do not see any way to run a report to see change history.
