AVEVA Product Feedback
For any AVEVA products (especially the PI System) that do not install a User Guide, the user interface should provide an obvious link to AVEVA's online documentation. This link could be in the form of a ? button, for example.
I agree with the suggestion but not with the reasoning. You can always download the user guide yourself and make it available to users, and then the computer of whatever AVEVA program you are running doesn't need to connect to the Internet for anything. Introducing a link also introduces the risk of the link being invalid at some point in the future.
However, the online documentation is easier to navigate and allows you to more easily provide feedback on specific parts of the documentation.
