Subsecond timestamp precision visibility in PI System Explorer

Currently with PI System Explorerwill display up to millisecond precision (3 decimal places) if the timestamp contains subseconds.

This is the current default setting cannot be changed.

It would be useful to have a feature in PSE where users can dictate how many subseconds are visible on the client tool, or even to have no subseconds show at all

There is currently a similar functionality available in PI System Management Tools > Archive Editor
