Make the settings of plug-ins more accessible

In PI System Explorer, go to File → Server Properties… → Plug-Ins. If you right-click on a plug-in, you can then click on "Settings…". However, for all of the plug-ins except for 2, if you try to view their settings window, a message that says "This plugin does not have a configuration settings editor." will appear. The OCS plug-in has an error message instead, which leaves the Email plug-in as the only plug-in that actually has a settings window. Please make this window more easily discoverable (e.g. make it accessible from the "Contacts" tab of PI System Explorer). Almost nobody would find this window on their own if they were just looking around for the right settings. They would need to have been directed there from the documentation or tech support.
