Add TLS encryption feature to AVEVA PI Server Core Branch
Option to enable TLS encryption is only available to the PI Server Hybrid Branch. Request on behalf of customer to add the feature to PI Server Core Branch.

On one hand, the PI Server Core Branch is supposed to be a branch of PI Server that barely changes, except for security patches, so that you can be sure that changes to PI will not break things, trigger reapproval/recertification, etc. On the other hand, the lack of encryption is a security-related issue, possibly an even bigger issue than some of the security vulnerabilities that get patched.
Having TLS 1.3 enabled has become a new requirement from our compliance department. We would also like to see this feature added to Pi SERVER CORE BRANCH.
