When pointing at an existing attribute for a PI Point data reference it is not possible to select the Source Units.
For example, if the Attribute being pointed to is the tag name which can be used as an input substitution parameter then the source attribute will have a string Value Type, for which a UOM cannot be set.
Current workaround: create an additional attribute with a different Default UOM.
