Expose the ExDesc of a PI Point on an AF Attribute. This would permit to retrieve additional metadata from PI Points that can be used in AF.

    It seems like almost all PI Point Metadata should be available as Attributes in AF. Any Attribute could then also be used in the Analyses, if needed. Several would help just with checking data quality and consistency. (UoM, Compression, Exception, etc.)
