Allow explicitly defined credentials to be passed by Notifications to the SMTP server
As an administrator of Notifications, I would like to be able to explicitly define the credentials passed to the SMTP server because it would enable easier cross-domain configuration.

This is in PI Server 2017 R2, available now on https://techsupport.osisoft.com/
This would also allow separate accounts on PI Notifications for access to PI (Archive) and the mail server. This would be a very good thing in terms of network security.
