Allow Select All of search results with filter criteria (very simple GUI change)

When performing a search in PI System Explorer, you can perform a "Select All" on the search results by left clicking on an empty gray section at the top. This section disappears after applying filter criteria, effectively removing the "Select All" feature.

Please change the GUI to retain this gray section after applying filter criteria, so the results can be selected all at once.
