Allow REST config tool to generate json text for the user

In addition to the "test send" button, the JSON generation tool should have a "view JSON" button that generates the actual JSON body that PI will send.

This will make troubleshooting much easier, and give users better understanding of things like "what timestamp format am I going to get"
