Editing analysis templates should not clear notification trigger conditions.

Currently, if you have notification rules that are triggered by an event frame analysis template with additional attribute-based trigger rules, those additional attribute-based trigger rules get cleared any time you update the analysis template.

This should not happen. This behavior should be treated as a bug and fixed.
