Implement a QMS Tracking field for PI System Changes

I wish to track changes to the PI System by QMS Code, permitting me to report on changes that have been approved in my external QMS system:

1. When and engineer or admin applies a change in the PI system there is a mandatory field(short text) to enter reference to QMS system (change ID).

2. audit trail for the platform shows for all changes within the system the following: date, time, time zone, user ID, affected component, old value, new value, modification reason (QMS system - change ID).
