Notifications

As a notification user, I want to receive a phone call when my equipment fails and I want the message I had configured in the format read out to me.

At the moment it is only possible to select a single AD contact subfolder to link to contacts. We have our users spread over many subfolders based on location, organisation etc. It should be possible to specify multiple folders.

It would be nice to have a Notification Resend Count that could be used as a content in notification formats.
